We’re a growing datacenter, hosting, network and hardware infrastructure brokerage and consulting firm focused on solving complex infrastructure related problems for scaling startups, established SMB’s and large enterprises expanding into new regions & markets.
If you understand how real estate and insurance brokers operate you’ll be able to quickly grasp how we work, as 80% of our business is helping play match maker between clients with infrastructure needs and solution providers who can solve these needs. We solve problems, save clients money, and deliver value all day, every day. We pride ourselves on doing the right thing for our clients, not simply that which will make us the most money in the short term, as we’re after building lifetime value and long term relationships.
We work 50-70 hr weeks because we enjoy what we do, are constantly learning and meeting new and interesting people and have the opportunity to work with some of the most innovative and fastest growing firms on the planet. Our company is growing at a rate that the problems we’re facing revolve around ensuring each and every client and prospective client is receiving the attention they deserve and information they need in as timely a manner as possible. Thus, we are in need of a technically savvy, detail oriented, motivated and approachable new business catalyst to start managing relationships with existing sub-agents, clients and partners as well as building a book of business on their own reaching out to new sub-agents and prospective clients.
In that you will need to position yourself with all relationships as a trusted advocate and resource, you must have the ability to be genuine, confident, technically savvy and personable over the phone and in email ALL THE TIME, regardless of how crappy a day you may be having. We have a formula for success and sales methodology that all new hires plug into to get you up and running as quickly as possible.
You you will be reporting directly to the Founder & CEO and coming in on the ground floor of what is planned to be a team of 12 within the next 18 months.
*Salary, commission and ramp negotiable
*Ideal candidate has 3-5 years working for 1 or more Tier 1 Network Providers selling Transit and Transport products in and out of facilities around the world
*No ceiling or cap on residual income earned
*Expected On Target Earnings year 1 is $100K
*Company offers benefits and profit sharing
*Training on all services we represent will be regularly provided
*HQ is in Scotts Valley, CA just a few minutes from Silicon Valley
*For the right person, working remote is totally fine
