Team Work Makes The Dream Work
We believe WHY people do what they do is just as important, if not more so, than WHAT they do, or how they do it. At Open Spectrum, our passion is data centers and the entire marketplace that surrounds them. Through form or function, large or small, they are an integral and ever-evolving key to the brave new digital world we live in today.
We are servant leaders who firmly believe that the short- and long-term strength and success of our company is entirely dependent on the values of the individuals within our organization. To this extent, our values drive our purpose and are the primary filter we leverage when making decisions as a company.
Our Client Bill of Rights
We were borne out of the frustration of watching IT consultants, brokers, and sales reps consistently ignoring their clients needs only to push solutions that generated the highest commission, or bill rate, for themselves. To this end, we proudly hold each other accountable to our “Client Bill of Rights” and “Core Values,” and we hope you will help to hold us accountable, as well.
