It became obvious to me during our conversation that Todd exudes work ethic and a passion for what he does. Not surprising, as the man started working when he was 12 and became a manager within a call center while just a teenager. One of the many other things that struck me was his motto “Care Hard” as it relates to the people he works with. For Todd, this translates to making authentic connections with people and creating opportunities for himself and others to share the knowledge he has.
