Jeff Tarpley – Network Solutions Architect & New Business Catalyst
Jeff spent 11 years with XO Communications, one of the largest IT Infrastructure, Managed Network and IP transit and transport providers in the USA. Prior to leaving in July 2011, he served as the General Manager for the West Coast where he developed a keen understanding of the economics driving each of the available network specific solutions available in the market. The depth and bredth of his experience in the industry has afforded him an impressive network of key engineers, decision makers and senior management at telecommunications companies around the world. In turn, he now leverages his connections and experience to ensure his clients receive the best terms, pricing and SLA’s available. Jeff is a husband and enjoys coaching his two boys in little league baseball… and soon coaching his 2 year old daughter on the softball fields as well. He is a resident of Pleasanton, CA and when not busy helping clients or on a ball field, you may occasionally find him on the golf course.
Asia Bird – Datacenter and Cloud Solutions Architect & New Business Catalyst
Asia brings over a decade of experience as a top performer for software, online marketing and related high tech companies around the Bay Area. She is also most notably the author of “The LinkedIn Essentials” and founder of the highly popular Sociable Sales group on LinkedIn and website www.sociablesales.comwhere she helps professionals leverage LinkedIn to grow their business. Her webinars, dynamic speaking engagements, and one-on-one consultations reflect a great enthusiasm and understanding of the holistic IT landscape as well as the technical and practical applications of social media tools. In her free time, Asia designs/develops websites for friends and is addicted to traveling the world, learning Spanish, baking cookies, snowboarding and Bikram yoga. She is also a Mac fan, fire dancer, flea market lover and Santa Cruz local.
John O’Hara – Holistic Complex IT Solutions Architect
With more than 23 years in the trenches serving as a Sales Engineer and SE Manager for IBM, Verizon/MCI and Internap, John brings unparalleled experience architecting complex IT solutions. He has been instrumental in closing multi-million dollar accounts requiring deployments and connectivity around the world and is extremely comfortable working with customers from startup to SMB to Fortune 500. John is a husband and step-father to two daughters. Outside the office, John likes to hit up outdoor concernts in San Diego, attending classic car shows/auctions and traveling with his wife to cities in the US and around the world. His favorite place to visit is Viva Las Vegas!
